This peel is great for maintaining your results after recieving a series of fraxels or vitalize peels. This deep exfoliation peel will not make your skin flake, peel or scale like other peels. This non-invasive very superficial peel uses a novel approach to chemical peeling with a newer generation of alpha-hydroxy acids (Mandelic Acid and Malic Acid) in combination with Phytic Acid and commonly used peeling agents (Salicylic Acid and Resorcinol) to maximize skin rejuvenating effects with low irritation. This peel unveils fresh new skin without the harsh effects of most aggressive exfoliants and is safe for even the most sensitive skin.

Melanage Peel
The Melanage Peel is a Hydroquinone and Retinoid masque for the treatment of hyperpigmentation, pigmented blemishes on the skin and melasma. It is a superficial peel designed to improve the texture and appearance of hyperpigmented skin, which involves an in-office chemical application and post homecare regimen for follow-up. Results will vary but generally patients will see a significant improvement in the appearance of pigmented areas. Dark spots will lighten and skin texture and tone will improve. Although most patients experience peeling of their skin, not every patient will notice this. If you do not notice actual peeling, please know that you are still receiving all the benefits of the Melanage Skin Lightening System, such as: stimulation of collagen production, improvement of skin tone and texture, and diminishment of fine lines and pigmentation. |
